Apparently, the Bristol Mayor leads GovTech manifesto:

It focuses on interventions to accelerate the GovTech market, ensuring digital transformation supports societal challenges while safeguarding the public interest.
I have no idea what this means or if it matters.

I do wonder quite how much sharing there will be between municipalities of such varying nations and with such varied needs.
